Nate Wade Subaru Provides New Van to Utah's "Bread Lady"

PRLog (Press Release)– Jun 24, 2011– On Friday, June 24th, Nate Wade Subaru was abl auto part e to say thank you to Utah's "Bread Lady", Shauna Devenport by providing her with a new van.

For years, Devenport has been providing food to the less fortunate from her very own porch at her home in Salt Lake City, Utah. She colle chrysler cts food from local food pantries and bakeries, and returns it to her home where she offers it, via her porch, for those in need.

Everything gathered will be placed out on "The Porch," which is something of a local landmark for folks down on their luck. Neighbors and strangers a corsa like have an open invitation to take what they need gratis. No strings. No sermons. No questions asked.

Recently the van Devenport used to make her daily rounds broke down which is when Nate Wade Subaru Manager, Rob Berman stepped in and made sure Devenport's good deeds moved forward without interrupt buick ion. Within days of her old van breaking down, Nate Wade Subaru Owners' Kirk Schneider and Rob Berman handed over the keys to a 2007 Chevy Van.

Schneider and Berman of Nate Wade Subaru acted on a lesson taught by Devenport herself when she said; "It needs to change from 'What can you do for me?' to 'What can I do for you?' When that happens I've seen people really start turning their lives around." It was in this spirit Nate Wade Subaru was happy to step in and help a local community member.

All of us at Nate Wade Subaru feel privelaged to have had a hand in such a wonderful service provided by an outstanding 1086274749  member of our community. To learn more about Devenport's efforts Visit http://www.deseretnews.com/article/705329908/The-Bread-L ... for details.
