Condemned as criminals, who are worshiped as gods - Soekarno

Cium kaki Bung Karno
That's Sukarno. Apparently, there is no human in the 20th century which caused so much feeling like he's pros and cons. To the biographer, Cindy Adams, Bung Karno likens himself cursed like a bandit, and revered like a god.
Britain's senior envoy in the 60's ever sent a letter to the address 10 Downing Street in London (address Prime Minister's Office). He wrote, "President Sukarno is uncontrolled, unpredictable and can not be controlled. He's like a mouse pressed. "
Western mass media makes the reports that discredit Sukarno, even though the source is a rickshaw brother, who either factual either fictitious. This is certainly a contradiction with the other side, which illustrates once he was worshiped like a god.
Not infrequently, a grandfather-grandfather came to the Palace, forcing the president met before his death. There is also a story of an old fisherman, walked 23 days old, to kneel to kiss the feet of Sukarno. He said he had promised, before the dead will see the face of its president and show love and loyalty to him. Includes photo illustration above, a man walk from his village, carrying a bundle of taro to be devoted to the president. When met, he was immediately knelt, kneeled down and kissed the feet of Sukarno.
Not a few other unique stories. As did a coconut farmer who was sad because his son has been sick for months hard. One night he dreamed that he should go and see Bung Karno to ask for water to cure his son. Bung Karno himself to meet the demand of the people he loved. Diambilkannya ordinary tap water and handed it to the coconut farmers earlier.
In the above problem, Bung Karno was not able to cross swords with them-users. Moreover, Sukarno understand well, some of our communities, particularly the Javanese, many who believe in mysticism. Including coconut farmers who insist on asking for water to Bung Karno. A week later, he heard the boy had been cured of coconut farmers.
Not infrequently, when the Bung Karno was present in an event, there are also unique stories. He remembers when attending an event in rural Central Java. A woman servant came to the village of Bung Karno and whispered, "Do not let anyone take the plate of the President. Give me the rest. I was pregnant and I wanted a boy. I crave a child like you. So please, let me eat anything that has been touched by his own by my president, "she said excitedly.
On the island of Bali, people believed that Sukarno was the incarnation of the god Vishnu, God of Rain in Hinduism. Therefore, in the dry season too, when Sukarno came to Bali, always understood as falling rain. They believe, his arrival brings blessing. In fact never happened, when the Bung Karno fly to Bali in the dry season, right after the Bung Karno arrived, the rain poured down as if from the sky. (Roso daras)
